We recommend enjoying this tea 1-2 hours before you plan to go to bed as part of your evening ritual. Dim the lights, turn off your technologies, grab a book, and sip your tea in peaceful bliss. The more you make a routine out of enjoying this tea around the same time each night, the more you train your body to get into sleep mode and adjust your circadian rhythm.

Directions: We recommend preparing herbal tea in a french press to get the most potent steep, similar to how coffee is brewed in a french press. Use 1 teaspoon of the herbal tea for every two cups of hot water. It is best to use hot water that is close to boiling, but hasn’t yet come to a rapid boil. Let the tea steep for at least 10 minutes. We recommend covering your steeping vessel (such as putting the top on your french press) while your tea is steeping to keep the tea hot and to limit the natural plant oils to be released in the steam. Add local raw honey, Green Stevia Powder or natural maple syrup if you desire a little sweetness. Enjoy this tea 1-2 hours before you plan to go to bed as part of your evening ritual.
