Combine this powder with local raw honey to create a prebiotic honey (a tasty way to get these herbs in you!) or add this powder to foods such as hot cereals (oatmeal, buckwheat cereal, etc.), apple sauce, nut/seed butters, and yogurt.

Ingredients: Marshmallow Root*, Ceylon Cinnamon+, Burdock Root*, Plantain Leaf*, Licorice Root*
*Certified Organic Ingredients +Grown by small farmers using organic farming practices but not certified; sourced through a direct-trade relationship
Directions: Use 1 teaspoon of powder once a day. This powder is best mixed with food, as it doesn’t mix well with liquids unless you blend it with a high speed blender (it clumps if you just mix it in with coffee without a blender).
