Directions: There are two ways to make a potent brew of this delicious blend. Note that you can re-brew the same batch a second time (using one of the methods below), and get a tasty yet slightly less strong brew.

Stovetop Method: Add 1 Tbsp. of Morning Ritual to 3 cups of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Let the water reach boiling and then turn the heat to low and allow the roots to simmer for 5-15 minutes. The longer you let it simmer the stronger your brew will be. When you have reached your desired potency from simmering, strain through a fine mesh strainer into your mug. If desired, add milk and sweetener of choice (we recommend maple syrup or our Green Stevia Powder).

French Press Method: We recommend brewing this in a french press, as a standard coffee maker will not allow the water to be in contact with the roots long enough to extract their medicinal power. Add 1 Tbsp. of Morning Ritual to your french press and top with 3 cups of almost boiling water. Cover the french press with the top and allow it to steep for 10-25 minutes. The longer you let it steep, the stronger your brew will be. If desired, add milk and sweetener of choice (we recommend maple syrup or our Green Stevia Powder).
