This is a tea the whole family can enjoy together either warm or iced. All of the herbs in this caffeine-free blend are safe for children over the age of 2.
Size: 3 oz compostable bag; makes 20+ cups of tea
Ingredients: Linden Leaf & Flower*, Lemon Balm*, Gotu Kola*, Tulsi Basil*, Rosehips*, Peppermint* OR Spearmint* (depending on inventory/availability)

Directions: We recommend preparing herbal tea in a french press to get the most potent steep, similar to how coffee is brewed in a french press. Use 1 teaspoon of the herbal tea for every one cup of water. It is best to use hot water that is close to boiling, but hasn’t yet come to a rapid boil. Let the tea steep for at least 10 minutes. We recommend covering your steeping vessel (such as putting the top on your french press) while your tea is steeping to keep the tea hot and to limit volatile oils to be released in the steam. Enjoy this tea any time of day, knowing it is calming but not sedative.
